By accessing or using FluentPrep AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
FluentPrep AI is operated by FluentPrep AI (KVK: 99537044), a company registered in the Netherlands.
FluentPrep AI provides AI-powered TOEFL preparation services, including practice questions, AI evaluation, and feedback across Speaking, Listening, Reading, and Writing sections.
The Service includes both free and premium (Pro) tiers. Premium features require a paid subscription or one-time payment.
Premium subscriptions are available in two tiers:
Prices are available in EUR, USD, and INR. All prices include applicable taxes (VAT/sales tax). Current pricing for each currency is displayed on our pricing page and set independently for each market.

By purchasing a premium subscription, you expressly request immediate access to all premium features and digital content. In doing so, you acknowledge and agree that:
However, you remain eligible for our 24-hour no-questions-asked refund policy(see Section 4 below), which provides consumer protection superior to the statutory minimum.
The Pro Monthly plan renews automatically each month unless canceled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
The Pro 3-Month plan is a one-time payment and does not auto-renew.
The free tier provides limited access with per-item-type daily question limits, with a maximum of 5 questions per day per item type. These limits are subject to change at our discretion.
We offer a 24-hour no-questions-asked refund guarantee on all premium purchases:
To prevent abuse, the 24-hour money-back guarantee is limited to one refund per customer. If you have previously received a refund for any FluentPrep AI subscription, you are not eligible for additional refunds under this policy.
After the 24-hour window, refunds are provided at our discretion. We may issue prorated refunds for technical issues or service failures on a case-by-case basis.

We implement automated anti-abuse protection to ensure quality for all users. Excessive automated requests may result in temporary rate limiting or account suspension.

All content, including practice questions, AI models, and feedback systems, is owned by FluentPrep AI and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Service for personal, non-commercial use.
No Affiliation with ETS: FluentPrep AI is an independent preparation platform and is not affiliated with or endorsed by ETS, the makers of the TOEFL test. TOEFL is a registered trademark of ETS.
AI Accuracy: While our AI models are calibrated against official scoring rubrics, no AI can perfectly replicate human graders. Our feedback is designed to help you improve, not to guarantee specific test scores.
Service Availability: We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FluentPrep AI shall not be liable for:
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or prominent notice on the Service at least 30 days before taking effect.
Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for:
Upon termination, you lose access to premium features. No refunds are provided for voluntary cancellations except within the 24-hour guarantee period.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
If you are a consumer in the EU, you also benefit from mandatory provisions of consumer protection law in your country of residence.
